Dowsing the accuracy of the Casper bulletin

I must confess that I always have considerable doubts about Casper – it is such an on-going saga that I have always put it into a category that says: ‘probably a CIA-type program designed to keep people anticipating financial rescue, and thus inactive against governments / illuminasti and the like’. Well, they do that kind of thing, don’t they?

I am a dowser, often using a pendulum over a chart that gives 0% to 100%. This is much more accurate than the usual yes/no technique. Questions are asked in the form of ‘To what extent is…(insert statement being tested)…true?’ I have never thought to test Casper’s bulletins before, but just happened to have my pendulum on my desk when it came up. So…here goes – veracity of each statement in brackets, 100% = true, 0% = false, other percentages indicate degree of truth and usually ‘more questions needed’. ----------------------------------------------- The Sabotage has become a 'by the hour' proposition rather than a 'daily proposition'. (80% - bit of poetic licence here?) The Trigger Packs had been turned over to the Military for delivery today. (100%) They were taken into the Pentagon where many of the cards were again destroyed.(100% - and signs of deep division / polarisation within the military) Even the Queen is involved at this late hour with Obama and all the usual suspects saying 'the people have no right to this money', that she and Charles simply must have the money, a position common to all those doing the blocking.(100% This is a mystery to me – why would a woman who owns one sixth of the world’s land mass need to do this. Maybe it is assets vs cash flow? (100%) And being the biggest shareholder in BP must be pretty painful right now!) Corrective actions are underway tonight replacing the destroyed cards and word is the U.S. will be reduced to something less than a third world country very quickly should this continue.(100% - the problem here is that this situation is playing right into the hands of the Nazi continuum – see several Christopher story reports – of which Obama is claimed to be an agent. Story tells us that they say ‘For us the war never ended’ and have apparently vowed to destroy the US. Sadly, they appear to be doing a great job so far. What I suggest we really want is for the corporate US to die off without carrying the nation of the United States with it). This 'threat' is real, is backed by the Countries and the deadlines involved are immediate. (79% - perhaps the countries are not fully aligned as yet?)The current plan is to get the packs back out tonight for delivery tomorrow. (100% - this is, indeed, the plan) (Since this last statement is made almost daily, I ask the chance factor of delivery tomorrow, and get a resounding 0%) WE hear that when the Clintons did not make the 24 hour 'curtain call' at the Tribunal as instructed that 'enforcement', so to speak, will be arriving momentarily. (100% - and none too soon!) --------------- I have to say, I am amazed at the results - this shows that at least this report from Casper is highly accurate. It is possible for disinformation to be 'shielded' so that it will dowse as being true, but that is not my sense here. I cannot speak for the others, but the implication is the same. The dowsing concurrs. Hmmm... So, I suggest you ignore the daily 'deliveries tomorrow' statements (probably added automatically by Casper's word processor!) and keep in possibility that this saga...really is a saga. Certainly, with what is a stake for the Illuminasti and friends, I can understand why this has bounced back and forht for so long. Xavier Hermes

Regarding Chris Story's death

Unfortunately, I cannot get into too much detail. I've probably said too much already, but I've been on the watch list since before i was born, so it's really whatever at this point, but I'll try my best to not be too aloof...

Anyone who has been reading Story for a number years knows that many a deal have been struck with those holding the settlements hostage & those to whom the payouts are due. You would also know that the hostage takers have reneged every single time.

Also - an avid reader would know that attempts on Story's life have been made many, MANY times before & after the last attempt, those who made the attempt were told to back off or else face full on warfare in which all of their lies, deceptions, etc, would be exposed to all the world

(edit: "warfare" in this sense would be financial which would entail the total collapse of all fiat monies [in particular - the $] & stock exchanges the world over as the exposure of these criminal doings by high level government agencies who would admit that, yes, indeed these things have transpired. this would cause these criminals to lose all their wealth & credibility.

Perform some due diligence. look at Holland. they are already taking measures to go back to a gold standard. there are many other nations who have been performing this fleeing from a fiat monetary system for a long time. This is all in preparation for this possible "warfare" - as well as a way to avoid getting sucked in to "short end of the stick" in fraudulent finances such as derivatives trading ie, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, etc amongst many other issues, but i digress...).

Now, the week of his death - but before the rumor mill started churning about his demise - I had a very interesting conversation with someone regarding the settlements (for some perspective: this conversation happened Friday, the 22 of July. His death was first heard by us that Saturday night/Sunday morning). according to this source, it was disseminated that the settlements have been finalized & would be released beginning of August. I cannot go into details as to how/why this source is impeccable in this regards, but just know it is regarding something that Story himself has reported on many times in the past - a proverbial picking up of the torch, if you will.

During our discourse, i mentioned how very interesting their statement re: the settlements was seeing as how Story's July 10th report has been taken down. Immediately we were thinking, well, maybe he was taken out. also, it could have been because he was asked to remove it until the event of the deadline passing with no action. One thing that is missing in the reposts in these boards I've been reading are the letters sent by attorney hodges. Most of them were reposts by Story. However, I noticed that hodges had also sent one to someone else. Unfortunately, I was unable to print out the report before it was removed so I cannot say who the last letter was to, but I do remember thinking "DAMN! he is no longer pulling any punches!" It basically equivocated to going to the superintendent of schools after the principal ignores your repeated requests - if the similitude can be seen.

The other thought was that he was not going to repost it until he was back in London as it is known he does not post while on north America for a plethora of reasons.

Obviously, our initial thought was most accurate, unfortunately.

The point of the above, long-winded diatribe? Well, you're going to have to make some connections between the above & the below.

First of all - story was not in the U.K. when he fell "ill."

When I first heard the tale of his death, it went that he was summoned (sorry, even though I'm already saying too much, I will not give this detail away but have left a trail for you to try & connect the dots - hopefully) somewhere where he was then infected with this Government viral agent. It was all hearsay - especially with all this "killed assassination style in the streets of london talk"...until I read the telegraph death notice. A "brief illness"?!? Alarm bells went OFF in my head. Obviously, the poisoning aspect of what I heard is true. Therefore, I have to believe that the summoning & the place to which he was summoned is also true.

Let us not think of good guys v. bad guys in this case. there are black hats & white hats in every intelligence community within every government. There are CIA agents & MI6 agents alike who are either pro or con Story.

Knowing these dialectal serpents & all of their past actions - I would not put it past them to make such a ludicrous demand as to be able to take the life of someone who has the protection of the payees in order to make good on releasing the funds. Now, when we examine all of the above as one giant geo-socio-politico chess game, sometimes, yes, you must sacrifice your rook in order to get your advantage. In this entire drama, Story has been quite a strong rook. However, we all know there comes a time when they must be sacrificed.

Seeing as how there has yet to be exposures at the highest levels of these criminals, & yet they've been able to remove Story from the board without repercussions as of yet, it says to me that, yes, a deal was struck & he was sacrificed for the greater good. If you know the full implications of the settlements & what it will mean to all the people & nations & what they will all be able to do - either collectively, individually, or any combination of the two - then you will be able to see this as well.

I will tell you this much - if come close of business EST monday, 2 august 2010 the settlements are NOT released? - get your hands on as much gold, silver, gems, etc. as you can & get yourself some firearms & PLENTY of ammo. the as of yet inflicted repercussions for taking story out will be laid out IN FULL FORCE if this does not transpire - THAT i can promise you.

In the Protocols they admit anti-Semitism is used to "manage the lesser brethren" by ensuring that all Jews are blamed for the bankers' actions.

Vatic Note:   Unfortunately this is what happens when the Government refuses to do what it was formed to do, protect and defend against all enemies both foreign and domestic and its not doing either of those when both are a huge threat to the country.   However, what did make me surprised was the rise in numbers all over the country and especially along the border,  of Militia, which are citizens following the purposes for which militia (unorganized) were created for and placed prominantly in the Constituion.  When the rule of law is abandoned by your own government which has been the case since 9-11, the only option the people have is to provide for the safety of themselves, families and fellow citizens until such time as we can obtain an full operating functioning judicial system.  I hope that time comes soon, otherwise we may all be soldiers in this emerging happening.   Lets pray that someone high up gets a sense of obligation for their jobs they were hired to do and brings back the rule of law to our nation.  Remember, the pentagon had this planned in 1996 with their 2010 scenario of choas and mayhem at the border which they said would then usher in the Regional New World Order to bring peace and stop the violence in the region.  Its all being done to bring in the FASCIST NEW WORLD ORDER, again in a deceptive way rather than up front.

Circus Ring 3 - Summary of what is Really Going On Now - RAP

I do not like confusion so let's see if I can summarize what is going on with circus ring 3 to the best of my understanding.

I am very supportive of RAP and getting our country back to a GOD BLESS AMERICA again. It is going forward only hopefully because of the Military Support.

Now let me understand is --- RAP is to overturn the existing corporate government and reestablish our constitutional government. Great we are all for this and let's do it. The first action by our new president is the BIG ANNOUNCEMENT. To the world - here we are. What do we get. A one page press release on a blog -- wait it is a draft, not official yet! YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME! A new government and this is all they can come up. I want to see Generals on a platform with our elders on TV. You don't have a dialogue with the people only via conference calls. When has TT been seen publicly with us?
Something is definitely not right here, folks!

I have held my mouth shut per there wishes based on info that was fed to me by TT handlers. I was hoping and praying that this was going to work and overlooked several of my GOD Inspired principles --- like honesty and integrity.

I tell it like is and now will say this.

The concept of RAP is brilliant and has some good military planning behind it. IT CAN WORK. I fully support the military efforts and looking forward to there visible presence on the scene. If General Herbert Norman Schwarzkopf  showed up on the scene it be fantastic!  

TT manipulations of juries, removals and threats is not the concept of a GOD BLESSED AMERICA. Nor is the mindset of TT as revealed recently posted documents. TT and his boys manipulated the juries to get his president vote. It was a fraud and a recount is required. This is facts, not hearsay.

The existing mode of RAP operations per TT is unacceptable to me.

RAP is not one person, it is a collection of wonderful, beautiful freedom loving souls. Read the history of the independence with our founding fathers. It was in open rooms of heavy discussion, exchange of ideals, yelling and screaming --- in short Free Speech. There were no gag orders, no threats of treason if you spoke and definitely no removals of elected juries.

THE FACT THAT PEOPLE NEED TO COME TO THIS CRAZY BLOG TO GET DIALOGUE AND TRUE INFORMATION IS A SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS FOR RAP!

TT speaks wonderful, good salesman with good sales pitches but his promises have not happened. 
He does not have the contacts/support with the military and his statement of it had to be done now or we lose our funding is bogus --- a sales pitch, folks.
He says He is inspired by GOD but has said in another time - I blow his head out with a gun. Okay!

A president is to lead by example and actions. TT has failed as a leader. 

My suggestion is to let the military take over RAP to get it stabilized and running properly with integrity. And then We The People can elect Our President. 

I vote for 'Storming Norman' any time!
