Vatic Note:   Remember Brazil?  This was the country that at the time of the bail out of Ford motor we did not know that bailout money was going to go to brazil where Ford needed it to finish building a new manufacturing plant while closing plants in the states.   The bailout funds would have insured jobs for Brazilian slave labor wage workers.   Gee,  our taxes hard earned, going to create jobs in a slave wage country, heaven forbid they use their profits and capital for building their own plant???  It appears the term Marxist now means fascist.   It no longer means communism as previously defined.   Fascism is "socialized" losses and "privatized" profits.  I have a solution for our bankcruptcy.    All those companies, banks, corporations that benefited from the bailout paid for by us and they owe us for it,  well, they can be the collateral for our own debt.   If we go belly up, the creditors can take over the corporations, banks etc, since we now own them for defaulting on their loan to us.

SAO PAULO, Aug 26 (Reuters) - Brazil ruling party candidate Dilma Rousseff surged ahead of her main rival in his home state bastion, a new opinion poll showed on Thursday, as she appeared headed for a mandate-booting outright win in the Oct. 3 election.

Rousseff of Lula's ruling Workers' Party had 49 points in the latest Datafolha poll, 20 points ahead of Serra. That compares with her 47-30 lead in the previous Datafolha survey released five days ago.

Dirceu was the head of the worst corruption scheme in the history of Brazil and is still free and working as a "consultant" in the government. (eminence grise).

All the machine of the government has been put at Dilma's support. She goes to every inauguration of projects and is exalted by Lula.



This is the kind of people who are being used by the New World Order to enslave us. I leave a warning, especially for the American leftists who like Chavez and Castro: Obama, pal of William Ayers, is not far from these guys. Is this what is in store of the US?



BRAZIL'S PURGATORY ABOUT TO BEGIN

The sad fact about the next election in Brazil is that it will not be decided based on principles or values. Nobody cares if Dilma Roussef murdered or robbed. It is just populism in the cruelest form. She is Lula's lady. Poor people have benefited a little from the end of inflation, and they forgot that this situation was inherited by Lula.

What is interesting is that the Worker's Party is neither Communist nor the helper of workers. IBGE, the main statistical institution in Brazil, has just released the information that illiteracy in Brazil increased during Lula's reign. Basic sanitation is in the same level as it was at the time of his coronation. 50,000 Brazilians die violent deaths, most caused by guns and drugs smuggled into the country by the FARC Marxist terrorists, allies of Lula. Who cares? I have a cell phone and tv set. The next World Cup will be in Rio.

On the other hand, the Federal Development Bank (BNDS) has received this year US$ 100 BI to lend to large corporations, in order to "buy" their good will towards the government during the election year. The capitalists get the money for 3,5% to 7%, while the government pays 10% to 12% for the banks. Itaú bank had the largest profit of any bank in the Americas, including the ones in the US.

Other acts of largesse of the government include the distribution of TV and radio licenses to capitalists and politicians, a TV network for the union leaders (who take one day of salary from the workers and can't be audited - Lula forbid it) and the definition of the targets of investment of the pension funds from state companies, in the order of hundreds of billions of dollars. They can make you or break you.

FASCISM

This is a fascist economy, in its purest definition. Mussolini would be proud.

It is hard for the common folk to understand how Communism has changed from a social utopia to this raw fascism. The reason is that they retain the old veneer in cultural causes, such as free abortion, gay marriage, globalism, ecological radicalism, etc. Just like in China, they tell you how to live your private life. Censorship or "media control" is in Dilma's agenda, as it is in full course in Argentina and Venezuela today. The fiscal privacy of Dilma's opponents has been broken with no consequences. Basic constitutional rights are worth nothing to the Worker's party, and they are challenging property rights. A bunch of communist peasants, all funded and led by professional agitators, will invade farms, kill people (as they do now) and the issue will be decided by popular acclamation, in a commune.

We are being prepared to be pawns of the world government.

I predict rough times ahead for Brazil. Dilma is incompetent and stubborn. Brazil's public debt has almost tripled and is about to explode, due to to the high interest rates. The boom in the exportation of minerals and agro-commodities that gave Lula's popularity such boost can end anytime, especially if a heavy crisis hits the dollar. The taxation level in Brazil is one of the highest in the world, at 40,5% and bureaucracy, with 85 different taxes in the last count, is astronomical. They won't be able to raise tax anymore to support the do-nothings employed in the government and the corruption.

When the government crashes, the social aids that supported Lula's popularity will be at risk. Without the booming exports, there will be fewer jobs, and it is possible that we see riots and protests. Things have always been too easy in this country, where food grows even in a crack in the sidewalk. Perhaps it is time for Brazilians to mature from suffering.

PS: Dilma is not Bulgarian, her father was. He fled his country because he was a communist activist. Surprisingly (?), in Brazil he was a capitalist and very rich. Dilma had a very bourgeois life, living in a large house and studying at private schools. It is always good to belong to the Communist elite.

At this moment, all is poised once again for rapid change – change that will take humanity into a new era. From outside this change may well appear chaotic, but behind this chaos is the ‘hand over’ from the dark to the light, and all that is implied by this realigning of polarities. With many changes of this nature, they happen at an energetic level first, before they manifest into the physical. With this hand-over, the energetic level is complete, the physical level to play for and under way. As we might imagine, this physical level of handover is not without its resistance: indeed, this is a masterly understatement! For it is to be ‘game over’: we merely then need to return the pieces from the game-board temporarily to the box, so that an entirely new game can be announced. It will not be based in duality, is already set up and merely awaiting the arrival of players! The issue with polarities is that they tend to swing from one to the other, with regularity. But in this case, there is a ‘fix’: a much higher level of consciousness is entering the fray, and is in process to completely change the energetic infrastructure that holds 'reality' in place for planet Earth. This consciousness, at least from the Earthly standpoint, is the Godhead, grounding in the physical planet in a fully-present state which is new. And unique for such a dense physical environment. The effect of this is to transform the duality into a new energetic structure based in trinity. Unlike duality, trinity is completely stable. While this may sound important for our planet – which it is – it is far more so for our Universe. Earth is the lowest frequency / highest density in which sentient beings have tested themselves. The test, for us, has been a long drawn-out affair spanning thousands of lives for each individual, and struggles with the dark that, in many of these lives, have been mammoth. Because part of the test, the ‘game-plan’ if you will, has been to forget each life once it is completed, we really have no idea what we have been through. Which is probably just as well, since the sum total of experiences for each individual has been traumatic beyond belief, beyond anything we can vision – and beyond any previous experiential path, regardless of where in the Universe one might look. Ladies and gentlemen, as far as other realities see things, it appears that we having been treading the path of heroes! We came to Earth to go through the process of individuation, one that would cast us, for all time, in the mould of creators. Large numbers of us are now in the process of graduating. Mortar boards are being donned. Graduation robes brushed down and degree certificates prepared. This graduation is to be like no other before it. The graduates, after a very long and extremely challenging course, will be genuinely free beings, gifted with powers many of which we currently have no frame of reference to even understand. The impact is Universal, the time is immediately ahead of us. Not some other life or distant place, but here, NOW. On 26 July, WikiLeaks released thousands of secret US military files on the war in Afghanistan. Cover-ups, a secret assassination unit and the killing of civilians are documented. In file after file, the brutalities echo the colonial past. From Malaya and Vietnam to Bloody Sunday and Basra, little has changed. The difference is that, today, there is an extraordinary way of knowing how faraway societies are routinely ravaged in our name. WikiLeaks has acquired records of six years of civilian killing for both Afghanistan and Iraq, of which those published in the Guardian, Der Spiegel and The New York Times are but a fraction.

There is, understandably, hysteria on high, with demands that the WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange be "hunted down" and "rendered." In Washington, I interviewed a senior Defense Department official and asked, "Can you give a guarantee that the editors of WikiLeaks and the editor in chief, who is not American, will not be subjected to the kind of manhunt that we read about in the media?" He replied, "It's not my position to give guarantees on anything." He referred me to the "ongoing criminal investigation" of a US soldier, Bradley Manning, an alleged whistleblower. In a nation that claims its constitution protects truth tellers, the Obama administration is pursuing and prosecuting more whistleblowers than any of its modern predecessors. A Pentagon document states bluntly that US intelligence intends to "fatally marginalize" WikiLeaks. The preferred tactic is smear, with corporate journalists ever ready to play their part.

Rosenberg: Top economists: The second Great Depression has 'Officially' arrived !!

David Rosenberg, market guru, has officially declared that the US economy is in a state of depression, and he sees the economic superpowers woes worsening. On the heels of that bleak forecast, the statistics for existing home sales for July were released and the numbers were ugly. The weak housing market collapsed. Reflecting the worst slump in American history, existing housing sales had plummeted a stunning 27 percent and there's no sign on the horizon that sales will stabilize any time soon. ------- Citing the period from 1929 to 1932 and the eerie similarities, Rosenberg said, "We may well be reliving history here. If you're keeping score, we have recorded four quarterly advances in real GDP, and the average is only 3 percent." The same happened during the early 1930s stock market rebound of 50 percent after the 1929 crash. The Great Depression followed the brief economic upswing. As long as two years ago, one of Britain's top economists predicted a decade-long depression, $45 trillion in debt defaults and unemployment in the US and UK approaching 25% or higher. During October 2008, economist Fred Harrison told the Foreign Press Association in London,""The massive contraction in demand caused by this 'wealth effect' will condemn the western economy to a decade-long depression." Like some economists who alerted the Clinton and Bush administrations about the approaching economic crisis, Harrison warned future Prime Minister Gordon Brown of the looming financial danger when Brown was appointed Chancellor of the Exchequer in 1997. Brown, like Presidents Clinton and Bush, ignored the warning. "Brown blames America for the global crisis. But every country in the world permitted property speculation, which is at the heart of boom/busts. Brown now defends himself by claiming that he tried to get global agreement on a stabilization plan. But he failed to tell the other governments about the tax reforms that could have prevented the crisis," Harrison explained in his speech in London. Two years later, more economists agree with Harrison. Such luminaries as Arthur Laffer and Paul Krugman are two. Although at the opposite ends of the political spectrum, both see dire times ahead for the United States: higher unemployment, a worsening of the credit crisis and housing slump, more loan defaults, more business failures and more foreclosures. Add to this economic witch's brew the possibility of simultaneous currency deflation and inflation and you have every ingredient necessary for another extended Great Depression. In fact some economists have begun using the term, Great Depression II. Harrison concurs and believes that the situation has become so serious that whole nations could fail and something unseen in the West for hundreds of years could appear again: wholesale starvation of peoples in some Western countries.
