I consider myself the "black sheep" of the family. I moved away from home when I was 19 and a year ago I decided it was time I moved back home....so glad to be among family and friends. Most people who casually watch the U.S. stock market will assume that today's volatility was just an aberration and that the year-long rise off of the March 2009 lows will continue. My gut feeling is telling me that this AP business report is a cover for the truth and that the market sell-off is a secret signal targeted towards those "in the know" to begin selling their U.S. stock holdings as they did in 1929 and 2008.
