Afghanistan: Watan Risk Management and Compass Security are using US taxpayers' money to bribe Taliban to allow NATO convoys to pass along Kabul-Kandahar highway.
The American taxpayer is funding both sides in NATO's losing war for control of the poppy trade. US-funded private security firms are in collusion with the Taliban to keep fees high and convoy attacks frequent. Tens of millions of US dollars involved.
